12. When I wear the PMV™ on the ventilator, there is a continuous rush of air through my mouth and nose and it is very annoying. What do I do?

There are different reasons why this may be happening. For instance, your vocal cords may be weak since they haven't been used much since you've had your tracheostomy tube and they may need to be strengthened. Another possible reason may have to do with your ventilator settings.
