Five weeks passed, and the valves had not arrived. Concerned, we quickly sent two more packages, each containing two valves, hoping to double our chances of them reaching their destination. Thankfully, within a week we received word that one of the packages had arrived! The second package also arrived two weeks later, which they were encouraged to keep as well. The Major enthusiastically thanked us and remarked that the medical school was "ecstatic about the valves!"

For the entire staff of Passy-Muir™, it was very gratifying to have the opportunity to help out with the efforts in Iraq. Our thoughts continue to be with our troops and the Iraqi citizens.
