Considerations for Competency

Course Description:
This podcast covered considerations for developing and improving skill sets for best evidence-based practice as a speech-language pathologist. It reviewed the role of continuing education, mentorship, and competency driven areas of practice. Brooke Richardson, MS, CCC-SLP, shared her experiences with working in an acute care setting and implementing best practices, including what it means to practice at the top of license.
