This podcast was a conversation with Steve Cooper, laryngectomy patient. In this third episode, we discussed his experience with his SLP and what information he wished had been emphasized and how he was under-prepared for what was to come. Steve discussed his “loss of self” and provided insight into what an SLP did and can do to help the journey, including resources that are available to assist.
